Situation — A remote company needs real connections.

Working remotely is a privilege, but also a challenge.
You don’t see your colleagues every day. You don’t share impromptu coffee breaks or hallway stories. But Tinybird found a way to bridge the distance: the annual meetings. Events where, for a few days, the screen turns off, and the team sees, listens to, and feels each other.
The problem?
An event like this isn’t just a meeting. It’s an opportunity to reinforce the culture, to make every person feel like they’re part of something bigger. And to achieve that, I worked alongside the marketing team and the office manager, making sure that every detail—from communication to logistics—aligned with the company’s vision.
And that’s where design comes in.

Task — Creating an identity for each annual meeting.
Task — Creating an identity for each annual meeting.
Every year, the company gathers in a different part of the world. But traveling isn’t enough. It’s about creating an experience, a narrative that reminds us why we are here and where we are headed.
My challenge?
To design a visual identity for each event that was more than just a nice logo on a t-shirt. It had to represent the company’s moment. It had to evoke emotions.

The Year of Takeoff.
The Year of Takeoff.
Tinybird was ready to fly. To grow. To reach new heights.
So, I took inspiration from great space launches. Not the classic NASA aesthetic, but a different twist. A vision that conveyed ambition, energy, movement.
I designed t-shirts, visual materials—an entire atmosphere that made each person feel part of something big. Part of the team that was writing history.

Taking off is not enough. You have to maintain speed, strength, and spark. And when we talk about sparks, we talk about lightning—pure energy.
I drew inspiration from mechanics, the kind who wear their names embroidered on their shirts as they fine-tune engines. Because, in the end, that’s what we do at Tinybird: work with precision, pay attention to detail, and polish until perfection.
The design reflected that in every piece, every graphic, every garment.

Result — A culture that resonates.

Each event left a mark. Not just because of the designs, but because of what they represented.
People kept their t-shirts, wore them at home, on the street, at other events. They weren’t just souvenirs. They were symbols of a stage, of a shared moment.
And that, that is design in its purest form.

But we didn’t stop at internal events. Tinybird also traveled the world, its brand standing out wherever it went.
I designed booths for conferences, materials for events—all with one key idea: to be instantly recognizable. In a tech world dominated by gray and blue, we were the flash of green.
And not just that. I was in charge of the company swag—the little details that every new hire received upon joining. Because starting at a new place is exciting but also challenging. And a simple welcome pack can make the difference between feeling like just another employee or feeling like part of the team.

Final Reflections.
Final Reflections.
Designing at Tinybird wasn’t just about making interfaces. It was about creating experiences that people could live.
It was about making the brand feel present in every interaction, every object, every shared moment.
Because, in the end, that’s what design is.
Not just something that looks good. But something that is remembered.
